Delete Account

If you would like to delete your Tungsten account, please follow the instructions below.

How to Request Deletion:
Delete your account directly inside the Tungsten app by going to Profile > Delete Account.

If you are unable to access the app, email us at [email protected]

Please include:

• Your account email
• Your full name (if available)

What Happens Next:

• Your account and associated data will be permanently deleted.
• This action cannot be undone.

Data That Will Be Deleted:

• Account information stored in the app
• Membership/profile information associated with your app account

Data That May Be Retained:

• Transaction records, if required for legal or accounting purposes
